  • Process enrollment adds, terms and changes in carrier portal.
  • Prepare and audit enrollment worksheets to insure accurate membership.
  • Provide backup assistance to Account Managers.
  • Coordinate new group admin kits, enrollment kits and broker kits.
  • Invoice and commission preparation and distribution.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
