Responsibilities

  • The role will involve using our case management systems to manage Claimant Personal Injury claims through all stages both pre and post litigation. You will need to comply with agreed service level agreements and will also be responsible for administration tasks as required.
  • The role involves providing clear, concise legal advice to people from a variety of backgrounds.
  • You will be taking inbound calls from clients and making outbound calls to proactively assist the team in managing their caseloads.
  • As a Trainee Paralegal you will be required to learn how to be an effective claims handler and advisor; research and improve your legal knowledge and build on your communication skills on an ongoing basis. You would therefore be expected to keep your legal knowledge up-to-date and attend relevant training as and when needed. You will be encouraged to share information, knowledge, and experience with colleagues in a supportive environment.
