Responsibilities

  • Research tasks:
  • Database input, maintenance, and extraction. Being able to access our repository of information, extract the information and present it in a manner that is professional and easily followed
  • Create and analyze market statistics and corresponding materials, including the production of client presentations.
  • Assist Senior Research Analyst, Research Associates and Sales Trainees with a variety of tasks as needed
  • Create client facing presentations detailing a list of viable leasing options
  • Update and maintain various research materials including stacking plans and corridor reports
  • Find corporation and contact info for various properties
  • Perform building walks throughout the summer and update CBRE’s tenant database with the information gathered
  • Field ad hoc agent requests from different teams and aid where needed
  • Answer various zoning and official plan related questions usually pertaining to permitted uses (a general knowledge of zoning by-laws across the GTA is ideal)
  • Administrative tasks:
  • Photo taking
  • Deliveries as needed
  • Binding and scanning as required
