Responsibilities

  • Manage UK & IE Sales Inbox, supporting the sales team with any asset requests (e.g. flyers, copy, images, logos, invites, roll up banners etc) ensuring all assets are on brand and legally compliant
  • Support Core Team on any special projects such as the creation of regional assets for the EMEAI Marketing Team, executing on digital cross regional TMC campaigns, writing, building and sending out email campaigns for Offline Europe
  • Assisting the UK & Ireland Marketing Executive to execute on key trade shows and sales events – such as the Business Travel Show
  • Assist in the administration of all marketing projects including any research, recording and reporting of tasks, such as updating marketing calendars and maintaining organized files for the team on shared drive and third-party sites
  • Keeping the asset management tool up to date with latest assets for UK, Ireland and Core Team
  • Seek and analyze competitor marketing material and digital content
