The primary role of the Ultrasound Intern is to perform duties and responsibilities in the Ultrasound Student Imaging position, which is designed for ultrasound students in their last half of the training program or last semester of their respective school.
What are the educational requirements to apply for this internship?
Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited school of Ultrasound Imaging and performing their clinical rotations at Mercy.
Is certification required for this position?
Yes, a current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
What skills are necessary for the Ultrasound Intern position?
The ability to read and communicate effectively in English and basic computer knowledge are necessary skills for the position.
