Do we support remote work?
Yes, we support remote work in a hybrid format, allowing you to request to work from home for a maximum of 50% of the working days in any one month, depending on business requirements.
What are the regular office hours?
The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half-hour lunch break, and 08:00 – 13:00 on Fridays.
Is there flexibility in work hours?
Yes, there is flexibility in work hours, with a daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00, providing there is no business requirement.
What kind of tasks will the role involve?
The role will involve maintaining a log of legal requests, supporting company secretarial work, coordinating legal reporting, managing the Honda Contract Lifecycle Management system, conducting legal research, and providing general administrative support.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A legal or business undergraduate seeking a placement as part of their studies is required, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills in English.
Is previous experience in a legal environment necessary?
While not necessary, previous administration work and/or work experience in a legal environment is desirable.
What are the main responsibilities of this position?
Main responsibilities include maintaining legal request logs, supporting compliance work, managing contracts, conducting legal research, and providing administrative support for the Legal Team.
