Responsibilities

  • Assists with assigned research projects, directed by mentor and senior personnel. Example projects include; research on advanced gas and water quality sensing, greenhouse gas emissions from wastewater recovery facilities, the collection system, and other CWS-operated sources, and basic sampling efforts to support research studies.
  • Assists with installation, operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of continuous sensing devices for water and air.
  • Assists with study design, data acquisition, data analysis, reporting and presenting of findings for forensic and research studies focused on identifying unknown gases and quantifying emissions.
  • Drives a Clean Water Services vehicle for work related purposes.
