  • Talking with prospective members and prequalifying referrals to the team.
  • Organize and facilitate leads coming in from the VSC, Branches, Insurance Services, and Junior Financial Advisors
  • Sales process shadowing or mentorship including asking for referrals, phone appointments, discovery, presentations, closing, and servicing
  • Assignment of a mentor (Insurance or Financial Advisor) to work with and learn from.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
