  <li>Organize and facilitate leads coming in from the VSC, Branches, Insurance Services, and Junior Financial Advisors</li>
  <li>Sales process shadowing or mentorship including asking for referrals, phone appointments, discovery, presentations, closing, and servicing</li>
  <li>Assignment of a mentor (Insurance or Financial Advisor) to work with and learn from.</li>
  <li>Other projects and duties as assigned.</li>

Wealth Management Intern - Idaho Central Credit Union

Wealth Management Intern

You must be pursuing an IT degree, be organized and passionate about tech, have strong interpersonal skills, and commit 15-20 hours/week while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

You will assist IT projects, provide tier two support, troubleshoot issues, audit systems, participate in testing, and communicate findings while developing essential skills in a team environment.

  The primary function of the Intern position is to prepare college juniors and seniors for entry into the business world by providing hands-on experience of IT functions within a financial organization. This experience will include exposure and adherence to IT policies and practical application of IT technologies.
 </div> Responsibilities: 
 <ul>
  <li>Assist with various IT projects and tasks to gain understanding of how technology is implemented and used within the organization.</li>
  <li>Assist in a wide variety of team projects, participate in team meetings, and gain experience working in a professional corporate environment.</li>
  <li>Gain hands on practical experience of the IT Help Desk roles and IT department responsibilities, providing tier two technical support to deliver appropriate issue resolution.</li>
  <li>Learn and develop the essential IT skills around trouble shooting and proper communication to provide daily issue resolution as reported by end users.</li>
  <li>Assist in team projects and assigned tasks including critical daily process validations, audit reviews and researching system issues.</li>
  <li>Participate in testing system updates and bug fixes. Identify defects / bugs, document testing result, and communicate findings to manager.</li>
  <li>As assigned, work on auditing various systems and user configurations. Document and communicate audit results with manager and work with proper team to correct any findings.</li>
  <li>Perform special projects as determined by the information technology staff.</li>
  <li>Gain and refine interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with co- workers, department heads, and various levels of management.</li>
  <li>Develop and refine planning, organizational, and time management skills.</li>
