Requirements

  • Very good language skills in German and English.
  • Enrolled student in the economic, technical, natural or economic sciences field, with good or very good academic achievements. (Gap year or post-graduate internship is also possible)
  • Experience should gather specific projects, tasks, processes, etc. which the role holder has undertaken (e.g. in financial business, with database projects, etc.)
  • Experienced in working with MS Office software, especially Excel and MS Teams
  • Way of working is meticulous, structured, goal-oriented and independent
  • Open and team-oriented character and engagement above average
  • Strong Interest in the real estate, debt financing and capital markets.

Responsibilities

  • Interface between European Invesco Real Estate Offices and lending and hedging partners in respect of the debt and derivative portfolio
  • Ensuring and fulfilling of requirements from ongoing operations
  • Processing of regulatory requirements in regards of the derivative portfolio
  • Administrative support, monitoring and documentation of existing financing engagements
  • Encouraging collaboration in projects
  • Ensure all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles.
