Responsibilities

  • Support the project teams in effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring and reporting of project execution (risk management, budget, timeline, etc)
  • Support the project team resourcing and commercials including forecasting, time management and invoicing
  • Support the project-level communication to customers and internally within Adobe
  • Support regional Delivery Management regarding with reporting and supporting tasks regarding overall project delivery management
  • Active participation in PMO practice development
