What is the eligibility requirement for the Supply Chain Leadership Program?
To be eligible, you must successfully complete a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management by September 2025.
Where will I be based if I join the program?
You will be based out of one of our world-class manufacturing facilities or distribution centers in Western Canada, specifically in locations like Lethbridge or Taber, AB, and Surrey, BC.
Is relocation required for this position?
Yes, candidates must be open to relocating within Western Canada.
What type of training will I receive in this program?
You will attend continuous improvement training aimed at developing your leadership skills, with the goal of eventually leading a front-line team.
What kind of responsibilities will I have in the program?
You will perform cost/benefit analysis, balance key imperatives such as cost, quality, service, and people, motivate and coach your team, and implement productivity and efficiency initiatives.
What qualifications are needed for this role?
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, a demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people, proven problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative, "roll-up your sleeves" approach are essential.
