Responsibilities

  • 3D Plant Layout drawings & Piping GA's to a level of detail that meets a specific project's requirement.
  • 3D Piping Isometrics for Construct & Destruct works.
  • 3D Pipe Support Detail Drawings.
  • Modelling of equipment pipework with inline items and concept Civil & Structural works using AutoCAD Plant 3D, Aveva E3D & Hexagon S3D.
  • Liaise with other engineering disciplines namely, Process, Civil & Structural, EC&I and have a good understanding of the documentation that they produce.
  • Prepared to travel within UK for client visits and site surveys. (The role does not require extended visits away from home).
  • Comfortable working on several projects simultaneously which may vary from large green/brown field projects to smaller projects.
  • Candidates who can work with minimal supervision will be preferred however, guidance, checking and approval will be provided by the Principal Piping Engineer assigned to the project.
