Responsibilities

  • Write digital proposals and plans for social, content and influencer activities – both stand-alone campaigns and integrated creative campaigns; develop digital / influencer strategies, channel recommendations and content frameworks and always-on content programs
  • Maintain relationships with influencers and management agencies, executing small and large influencer programs from start to finish
  • Expert at managing client projects and campaigns. This includes setting a clear process, effective management of team, accurate scoping and financial management.
  • Work with analytics and insights specialists to inform strategic recommendations; collaborate with creative and content teams, counselling on channels, format, and execution; align with the paid media team on channel and amplification
  • Build relationships and trust with clients through the client teams, and confidently present strategic recommendations. Be on hand as a digital / influencer lead through the execution process.
  • Ensure quality content is delivered by influencers and our in-house content team
  • Write proposals and plans for clients for influencer and content activation programs, to upsell to clients.
  • Nurture and grow junior team members, through mentoring and upskilling
  • Contribute to client growth by selling in, and influencing the wider digital output
  • Work on new business pitches including RFI / RFP proposals.
