Responsibilities

  • Assist senior brokers when required and effectively manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring that their risk management and insurance broking needs are identified and met.
  • Accurately prepare client documentation, such as invoice documents.
  • Assist in managing clients' Surety and Builders Warranty programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Provide support to senior brokers in managing larger clients’ insurance, risk management, and programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients, and other key stakeholders (internal and external), professionally representing WTW.
  • Maintain comprehensive client data on WTW and iCare systems, facilities, and databases.
  • Respond to client claims inquiries.
  • Manage workflow and diary systems and maintain comprehensive client data on WTW systems.
  • Contribute to individual and team annual new business targets, ensuring they are met.
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy and quality are maintained regularly.
  • Manage debtor collections in accordance with the terms of trade.
  • Assist with collection reports through effective debtor management.
  • Assist/maintain detailed audit and review programs/reports and respond to Icare audits.
  • Keep abreast of continuing regulatory changes and development in the Builders Warranty and Surety.
  • Liase with Mumbai processing operations and assist with supporting brokers with administrative support.
  • Work with the General Construction practice to deliver seamless service for clients.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing existing policies and procedures.
