Responsibilities

  • As an Account Manager, you will be accountable for developing the strategy and approach to improving customer experience with Unbabel and expanding the value our customers are currently getting across the organisation.
  • You’ll own the day to day relationships for our key customers with highest expansion potential and focus on identifying expansion and cross-sell business opportunities;
  • Measure ROI and track the success of customer deployments, focus on key success indicators and opportunities for growth;
  • Creative high touch B2B programs that drive revenue will be the key areas you’ll focus on, including prospecting and selling to new POCs and sister companies; and participating in RFPs.
