Responsibilities

  • Technical pricing analysis to establish premium rates for international health propositions in the Individual/Family and SME segments
  • Work with key business stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Legal, Market Management, Underwriting etc.) to review new business opportunities and assess alignment against growth, profitability and strategic objectives under the proposition development framework
  • Review performance of existing propositions and propose rating action based on emerging performance, stakeholder feedback and market trends
  • Support the development and implementation of new and modified product/market solutions through effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain exacting standards on deadline delivery for the pricing team
  • Review and refine pricing guidelines and methodologies to deliver high-quality technical analysis
  • Ensure the proper application and assist in developing the existing underwriting guidelines to respond to evolving market practices and emerging experience and ensure continued alignment with broader Az Group requirements
  • Develop predictive models and conduct data-driven analysis to measure the impact of our pricing analysis
  • Positively represent Allianz Care internally within the Allianz Group, and externally to the market
