Responsibilities

  • We have an exciting new entry-level opportunity suited to individuals who are looking to gain some hands-on legal experience alongside a team of highly regarded professionals. The successful candidates will work within our Leeds Real Estate Team.
  • The successful candidates will assist the secretarial team and fee earners with the following:
  • Assisting with scheduling, creating, and managing data sites:
  • Opening Files
  • Carrying out Credit & AML Checks
  • Assisting with admin preparation;
  • Scheduling Deeds;
  • Dealing with balance monies in client account and returning to Clients
  • Communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of recipients.
  • Assisting with the management of Electronic files
  • Making expenses claims for fee earners
