Responsibilities

  • To provide efficient admin & clerical support to the Community Phlebotomy Team within City of Coventry Health Centre
  • To greet patients at reception
  • Deal with telephone and face to face enquiries from patients, relatives, and service users
  • Input data into administration systems, so excellent keyboard skills are essential
  • Receiving Referrals and uploading to inhouse system
  • Arranging and Booking home visit appointments
