  • Maintains weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annual reports as requested/required
  • Updates department level SharePoint sites
  • Assists with and distributes department level newsletters
  • Supports region/department company-wide meetings, initiatives and projects
  • Handles ad hoc administrative requests and projects
  • On behalf of the leader(s), meets with the direct reports to gather any information needed by the assigned leader(s). Prepares compiled information for the leader(s) to review. May recommend actions to be taken by the leader based on the gathered information.
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
