Responsibilities

  • Utilize tax and accounting software to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • Assist with new client set-ups.
  • Prepare, send and track engagement letters.
  • Act as liaison between client and Eide Bailly staff.
  • Prepare completed tax returns for delivery to client.
  • Monitor client portal and process uploaded documents.
  • Follow up with clients on open items.
  • Monitor jobs and communicate regularly with partners and managers.
  • Prepared and assemble reports, company materials and client documents as directed.
  • Make arrangements for various client or internal staff meetings and department training via conference calls, video conferences, or in-person.
  • Provide general administrative support to partners, managers and staff with integrity and professionalism.
  • Tasks include answering phones and greeting clients, typing, faxing, copying, scanning, emailing, preparing correspondence and PowerPoint presentations, assisting with travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, etc.
  • Primarily support the Outsourced and Managed Services (OMS) Department.
  • Regular and predictable attendance in office.
  • Demonstrate an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Open to new challenges and assist with special projects as requested.
