Responsibilities

  • - Support administrative operations and provide a broad range of administrative support for the faculty PIs on the project, Making Good Trouble with Old Narratives.
  • - Manage the project calendar.
  • - Provide administrative support for participant recruitment efforts.
  • - Secure local participants to be involved in the project.
  • - Work with local school districts to recruit teacher participants for the professional development.
  • - Handle community relations and manage correspondence with community partners and participants.
  • - Lead operations during events on selected dates and supervise student workers through all events.
  • - Assist with logistics and art making on the project, including coordinating dancers, costumes, props, and film/lighting equipment.
  • - Assist with the scheduling of locations for the three sites that the project will take place at.
  • - Manage logistics and transportation for participants at each event.
  • - Execute these duties in partnership with the project PIs.
  • - Work as part of a team to provide support to the project PIs for all project operations.
