Responsibilities

  • Core responsibilities include:
  • Testing Center Operations including among others, providing reception coverage as needed; coordinating the comprehensive schedule and assignment of proctored exams for students with related accommodations, ensuring confidentiality; overseeing exam preparation, proctoring, collection and pick-up; communicating with faculty and actively monitoring proctoring-related communications.
  • Testing Center Administrative Duties including among others, managing supply inventory and ordering; coordinating sign language interpreting, captioning schedules and video captioning processing; invoice processing in coordination with the Success Center Operations team; managing requests for accessible course materials; supporting the Director of Disability Resources with document, form, slide deck preparation and other administrative tasks; overseeing camera management software; maintaining records and data management of confidential materials, case notes, and exam materials in the web-based system; coordinating facility needs of the testing center.
  • Student Academic Success Center and Campus Engagement Participation in all team meetings, trainings, workshops, and representing Disability Resources and/or the Success Center at campus events and activities.
  • Service to the University Participation and volunteering for university wide events and activities. Participate in training, workshops, committee involvement, and general campus activities.
