Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical, administrative, and management support to the Deputy Chief Communications Officer in the Office of Emergency Communications.
  • Draft, research, and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents; proof/edit documents for accuracy, content and format.
  • Investigate problems/potential problems by means of written and verbal communications; prepare findings and recommend solutions.
  • Assist with data entry/tracking of employee physician verification forms.
  • Track inventory.
  • Distribute annual service awards.
  • Foster strong working relationships with both internal and external contacts and stakeholders.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitor/track budget and spending.
  • Use on-line banking program and other systems to manage P-card program.
