Responsibilities

  • Provides analytical and project management support functions to the Dialysis management team.
  • Anticipates the need for and provides data and information relevant to the assigned work area.
  • Enhances operational and financial performance within the department by exercising independent judgment in the identification of key trends, implementation of problem resolution, and providing recommendations.
  • Monitor expense and capital budgets for cost centers and prepare appropriate analytical reports.
  • Assist in data collection for project development and/or document generation.
  • Maintain time and attendance records via the KRONOS System.
