Responsibilities

  • Answer phones in a professional manner and directs callers to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Greet visiting clients and direct them to the correct person.
  • Coordinate staff meetings, conference calls and webcasts.
  • Work with spreadsheets and track data in a database.
  • Assist partners, managers and staff with all office activities.
  • Compose, organize and type routine correspondence and IRS filings including orders, memos, letters and reports.
  • Qualify prospects for our various services.
  • Set appointments or transfer prospective clients to Partner, Manager, or Senior Associate.
  • Assist with streamlining processes and procedures.
  • Maintain and update lists involving upcoming due dates.
  • Pick up additional administrative responsibilities when needed.
  • Provide marketing support for the Tax Controversy team.
