Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests/ visitors as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, Provide basic accurate information in-person and via phone/ email
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitoring logbook)
  • Issuing PPEs to visitors visiting the plant
  • To monitor office facilities (including stationeries and other office equipment)
  • Assist with travel arrangement such as flight, hotel booking and car rental when needed
  • Setting up meeting room/ training, arranging catering for events when needed
  • Coordinates with facility/ Building maintenance for any repair, pest control and cleaning services
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by Supervisor
  • Creating PO’s in ERP system and monitoring score card
  • Sending/ Receiving documents and non-documents packages for both local and international
  • Drafting shipping documents
  • Follow company policies, procedure, QMS and HSEMS
