  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and 12 months of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation and execution of RITS ticketing system to streamline communication with sales, operations, and finance teams to enhance productivity and facilitate business operations.
  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space for all US regions.
  • Oversee, lead, and participate in project meetings with other departments, create ROI for new programs (Aging Inventory Program), and rollout to normal operations.
  • Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable issues and resolution and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and audit standards (e.g. internal controls, ISO 9000).
  • Drive the development, review, revision, and implementation of SOPs, policies, and training materials to uphold regulatory compliance and facilitate innovation.
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics, assess staff performance, and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation and keep abreast of all the organizational changes and business developments.
  • Part time telecommuting allowed.
