Responsibilities

  • Process the Time and Attendance System clearing exceptions on a daily basis, monthly payroll including overtime, bonus, step-up-pay, deductions and other ad-hoc payments and process accordingly. Record all sickness data, calculate and process any sick pay in accordance with the company's sick pay policy. Ensure that the HR Team are kept informed of all absences.
  • Respond to daily enquiries on matters such as personal enquiries relating to address changes, bank details, salary and overtime discrepancies, recruitment enquiries, ID passes and car parking passes. Ensure such changes are processed in the relevant systems (including HRIS)
  • Lead on all ID pass applications, collating all necessary paperwork required for ID pass applications, for renewals and vehicle passes in a timely manner. Support the hiring managers through all stages of the recruitment process including setting up interviews, candidate search, shortlisting, administering assessments, offers and on-boarding, manage and coordinate all referencing processes by liaising with third parties for both inbound and outbound applications.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed for new starts and ensure they are set up appropriately in all HR systems.
  • Any other duties that you may be called upon from time to time to support the operational needs of the business.
