Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the project activity/progression (work) is tracked in the production tools, scheduled in accordance with the quality requirements of the Activity, and the procedures governing the Activity.
  • Direct contact with clients to promote the Activity and explain the assessment certification process.
  • Scheduling and/or the assignment of all assessment/auditing-related activities.
  • Assist in issuance of activity schedules to assessment staff.
  • Assure that all Periodic Audits (PAs) are scheduled as required by PA plans.
  • Coordinate with clients and assessor/auditors to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Direct contact with clients to assist with resolving any question/conflict with regard to Certification activities.
  • Submit Technical Review and Certification packages to the relevant designated/notified body units.
  • Provide relevant completed deliverables i.e. reports, certificates to client.
  • Tracking of all assigned assessment/audit activities for work performed by other units on SCPA North America projects.
  • Prepare monthly reports, as required by the Scheme Sector Manager.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to assessment/auditors, technical project managers, scheme accounting manager, DNV global offices, and support staff. Such assistance may take the form of problem resolution and interpretation of applicable rules.
  • Track the audit activity/progression in the production tools, scheduled in accordance with the quality requirements of the Activity, and the procedures governing the Activity.
