Responsibilities

  • Support the program management staff in the preparation of deliverables, internal reports, briefings, and drawings associated with the project being supported.
  • Assists with developing trip reports, scheduling visits, and office management.
  • Performs CAC processing, account set-up, procurement support, onboarding related tasks, and consolidating weekly activity reports.
  • Assists with the preparation of the Monthly Status Report (MSR) to the Government
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Prepare documentation for Government approval.
