What is the working schedule for the Administrator for Undergraduate Medical Education position?
The working schedule is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Part-time hours will also be considered.
Where is the position based?
The position is based at Pilgrim Hospital in Boston, but the successful candidate will work Trustwide to support undergraduate medical education across all hospital sites.
What qualifications or skills are desired for this position?
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with setting up display IT equipment and clinical skills equipment is beneficial.
Will the Administrator be responsible for managing teaching sessions?
Yes, the Administrator will be responsible for planning and producing timetables and placement plans, as well as setting up teaching rooms for lectures, training sessions, and exams.
