What are the main responsibilities of an Aircraft Fueler at YWG Airport?
The main responsibilities include performing daily Quality Control checks on equipment, fueling aircraft safely and efficiently, maintaining accurate accounting of fuel transactions, ensuring the correct loading and balancing of fuel, and using fuel trucks and hydrant carts to fuel aircraft.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Class G driver’s license in good standing, and the ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs. Relevant experience or training is a plus.
Is prior experience in aviation required?
While one to three months of related experience and/or training is preferred, it is not strictly required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
