Responsibilities

  • Process information in a complete and accurate manner in accordance with SLAs:
  • Booking of IATA, reconciliation
  • Boking of global and local receipts
  • Allocation of cash and pro-active proposal of correct allocation based on customer’s knowledge
  • Cross-entity allocations
  • Be responsible for load of invoices to Customer Portals (ARIBA ect), experience is advantage
  • Produces monthly reporting as per agreed schedule, and participate in month-end closing process:
  • Month End Closing, reporting
  • Treasury/Oracle reconciliations
  • Aging closing files, Aging by BU
  • YTD registers
  • SL to GL reconciliation, Trintech Reconciliation
  • Credit Reclass
  • Cash report for final cash performance (reconciled with PBI)
  • Handles other Accounts Receivables tasks:
  • BIAR load, Smartbill cumulation file, errors addressing.
  • Monthly Intercompany transfers calculation
  • WHT / VAT clearance and reporting
  • Refunds
  • Netting
  • Freeze Orders report
  • Provide information for internal and external audits and ensure completeness and accuracy of all such information.
  • Resolve queries, liaising with the appropriate internal contacts, mainly GEO cash analysts, for correct and timely allocations, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Reconcile the ledger for the area of responsibility, and provide details of any action to be taken and subsequent action plans.
  • Ensure adherence to the group accounting policies and internal control guidelines Identify organizational and process efficiency improvements.
  • Implement specific department project and process improvement tasks.
