Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level business problems into more specific questions which can then be answered by data-driven analysis
  • Partner with Accounting team to execute monthly financials closing process
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner for the European Commercial teams to size impacts of initiatives and their cost implications
  • Collaborate closely with Finance Leadership on a quarterly basis to conduct a financial health check and forecast operational spend for the next 12-24 months
  • Collaborate with the Profitability Management and the Strategic Operations Finance team to identify areas of opportunity for cost savings and margin optimization
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and identify areas of improvement
  • Become an expert of the European P&L structure at Wayfair
