Responsibilities

  • Execute store analytics and reporting strategy across all areas of business, including data from supporting functions (Supply Chain, HR, AP, Finance, etc)
  • Run and publish non-dashboard reports on sales, expense, and operational performance opportunities and issues
  • Define and manage performance improvement programs from an analytical support standpoint
  • Identify, investigate and resolve issues with data sources and inputs
  • Create training and support stores and field on data interpretation and report usage
  • Conduct deep-dives into individual store and market issues to support field leader decisions and execution
  • 25% travel required
