Responsibilities

  • To be the motivator, coach and leader of your team made up of 2-3 stores/corners in the German region of Switzerland
  • To supervise the Corner/Store Managers in order to maintain flawless retail processes, achieve targets and grow KPIs
  • To monitor the relevant KPIs on a weekly, monthly and annual basis and analyze them to set up action plans
  • To develop and implement retail standards and processes and ensure that the teams apply policies in accordance with Sephora standards
  • To ensure inventory accuracy
  • To ensure safety and security of people and Sephora’s assets
  • To create an addictive experience for our clients, ensuring sales as well as the Sephora Service & experience are delivered
  • To identify training needs and initiate trainings if needed, together with the Area Manager
  • To identify potentials within the teams and propose individual development plans for growth, together with the Area Manager and HR
  • To meet regularly with the Area Manager, the Operations Managers, the Retail Merchandise and Maintenance stakeholder to ensure ongoing enhancements and smooth operations in stores
