Responsibilities

  • Creative Production Strategy: within the agile process, collaborate with business partners, junior designers, writers, and other marketing team members to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objective(s) and audience(s).
  • Creative Production Execution: Participate in the execution of the entire creative process both through hands on design and inspiring junior members of the team. Care as much about improving the process (efficiency) to get more work done as they do about final product.
  • Agency Management: In partnership with the Head of Creative, set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets from our agency partners.
  • Brand Identity Consistency: Protect the company's brand identity by ensuring consistent application of guidelines across all creative materials and campaigns.
  • Performance Measurement: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) developed in partnership with the marketing effectiveness team to evaluate the effectiveness of creative. Examine data and insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve creative and operational efficiency.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate our creative approach.
