Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Creative Director on the conceptual development and execution of abercrombie kids and A&F seasonal editorial content and social-first campaigns.
  • Concepting, planning and executing abercrombie kids seasonal photoshoots and select A&F shoots – developing all necessary creative briefs including moodboards, casting, locations, social storyboards, H&MU and on-set direction
  • Managing photography edits and postproduction with retouching and design partners, guiding the team on final color and image usage across all channels
  • Collaborating with the broader creative team, including A&F AD’s, Studio AD, Social AD’s, Styling and Video teams to ensure seasonal visuals and content are synergized, telling focused brand stories and fulfilling deliverables across all channels for the abercrombie kids and A&F brands
  • Evolving the abercrombie kids brand handwriting for a new generation of consumers, building off existing brand foundations
  • Understanding current trends in social media, fashion, photography and culture – testing new ideas to further develop and advance the creative voice of the abercrombie kids and A&F brands
  • Communicating and collaborating effectively within the A&F organization, clearly and effectively presenting ideas and projects to cross functional partners and all levels of leadership
  • Helping to implement a creative organization that supports a content-led marketing strategy
