Candidates need one of the following qualifications: a Vocational diploma (DEP) in mechanical assembly, a College diploma (AEC/DEC) in aircraft maintenance, a College diploma (DEC) in aerospace engineering, or a Mechanical aircraft engine technician diploma (military diploma).
Is training provided for new hires?
Yes, new hires will receive approximately 6 weeks of training at our in-house MAC academy to support integration and technical development.
