  • Suivi administratif des commandes :
  • Veille des plateformes d’échanges des clients, plateformes d’échanges des clients,
  • Réception et traitement des bons de commande,
  • Vérification et contrôle de la cohérence,
  • Information des équipes et sous-traitants,
  • Mise à jour des dossiers et des fichiers de suivi internes,
  • Gestion des demandes de modification ;
  • Gestion des services faits / attestations de réception
  • Suivi de la facturation :
  • Réception des demandes de facturation des partenaires du groupement,
  • Rapprochement des états financiers entre les écritures des plateformes clients et la comptabilité (avec GFS),
  • Traitement avec GFS des avoirs et rejet dans la plateforme Chorus Pro (portail des factures Administrations publiques),
  • Réalisation des demandes de facturation sur le portail PwC,
  • Gestion des demandes de modification de factures sur le portail PwC,
  • Formalisation du plan de livraison et de facturation / partage et suivi avec les managers de mission,
  • Calcul des réallocations entre projets ;
  • Gestion administrative de la sous-traitance :
  • Préparation et gestion des déclaration de sous-traitance (DC-4), récupération des pièces administratives des fournisseurs,
  • Déclaration des fournisseurs,
  • Gestion de la plateforme d’échange avec les sous-traitants ;
  • Suivi administratif et financier des projets
  • Contribution à l’analyse mensuelle des projets (état d’avancement, pointage des devis et bons de commande, facturation, allocations financières),
  • Assister le contrôle de gestion lors des analyses et rapprochements,
  • Faire évoluer les contrôles et indicateurs à mettre en place,
  • Suivre les dépassements projets et remonter les alertes
  • Garantir la fiabilité des informations.
