Responsibilities

  • Provide creative leadership to the design teams to deliver a range of collaterals (i.e., brochures, placemats, illustration, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, microsites, motion graphic content and social media collaterals)
  • Produce strategically sound conceptual work and bring it to life through rapid prototyping and storyboard creation and all the way through post-production
  • Adhere to EY brand guidelines, meet, and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, budget and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with current and future designs, web standards, concepts and industry trends and advocate the same to team members and customers
  • Provide creative and art direction support to the team, coordinate with team members and others to resolve issues, as necessary
  • Proactively identify opportunities to employ pop culture trends, creativity, executional approaches and techniques to create exceptional user experiences
  • Communicate effectively with various customers/customer groups while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
  • Lead project discussions with customers with a customer-centric mindset
  • Provide unique and innovative design solutions to customers and convince them to make the right design choices
  • Mentor junior team members on best design practices
  • Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
