Key responsibilities include building a rigorous feedback framework, developing an onboarding training plan, facilitating advanced training for lead teachers, delivering ongoing teacher development sessions, and providing strategic guidance on training tactics.
Will the Assistant Director also serve as a Lead Teacher?
Yes, the Assistant Director will play a leadership role in delivering MEDscience's anatomy and physiology curriculum and mentoring less experienced teachers.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience is required.
