Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily curation, making sure we are presenting the most important stories and video of the day with the best headlines and images
  • Provide daily editorial direction for front page SJs
  • Act as a representative for the team in daily meetings, leading them where needed
  • Help develop, enhance and consistently apply curation best practice
  • Shape next-day front pages based on news priorities
  • Provide insight, planning and strategic thinking on planned push alerts
  • Maximise curation possibilities presented by Tipo and other tools
  • Initiate and manage curation experiments to drive engagement and reach
