Responsibilities

  • - Assist in creating systems that allow Center leadership to develop programs, service and standards to meet the current and anticipated needs of internal and external customers, including individuals served, families, and funding, licensing and other regulatory agencies.
  • - Assist in overseeing the development and maintenance of a positive work environment designed to attract and retain a stable, progressive, caring and diverse workforce needed to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services.
  • - Promote an open, inclusive work environment that emphasizes cooperation and teamwork, and promotes the continued development of all employees.
