  • 1.1 The purpose of this role is to support the HR Business Partners to provide comprehensive human resource (HR) support with regard to resourcing, organisational change, employee relations (ER) and terms and conditions of employment.
  • 1.2 To provide professional HR advice and coaching to managers and support designated Trust-wide HR initiatives as agreed with the HR Business Partners and the Deputy Director of Workforce.
  • 1.3 To support the HR Business Partners to provide strategic HR focus to the Divisional Management Teams and their key stakeholders and provide professional and organisational development service.
  • 1.4 To proactively work with the Divisional Management Teams and HR Business Partners to support the forward planning, modernisation and performance of the workforce. The post holder will deputise for the HR Business Partners as required.
