  • Produce more while getting certified.
  • Facilitate Beginner/basic classes.
  • Support Program Managers for recurring training programs:
  • Producer role, supports scheduling, and entry of class in HLC.
  • E-learning initiatives:
  • Review e-learning courses as needed.
  • Supports development of marketing communications about offerings featured to associates.
  • Lead small to mid-level projects (e.g. RFPs, partner with strategy on current business plan items)
  • Beginner knowledge on all existing programs and processes.
  • Support RFP process across region to decision and implementation.
