Job Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership
- Drive profitability with a firm focus on the customer journey
- Divide time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service
- Desire to help drive business performance and passionate about customer experience
- Long-term career with excellent progression and training opportunities
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
