Responsibilities

  • With guidance and support, work closely with category merchandising and sales, execute the product vision and proposition within channel ensuring brand and channel goals are met
  • Within the identified channel, help execute and manage the optimum category/ product assortment to deliver against the agreed targets
  • In conjunction with NAM category, Global SMU and sales, execute the account product strategy and roadmap
  • Creation of a seasonal assortment plans incorporating all relevant categories and franchises
  • Support on briefing and delivery of SMU products and managing the process
  • Help drive sales, margin and share growth, ensuring all commercial and strategic goals are met
  • Manage the range proposition process from start of season through sell out ensuring smooth account interaction process
  • Plan to space key locations and doors
  • In conjunction with Brand Merchandising partners, Global SMU and sales execute the account product strategy and roadmap
  • Understand range needs from all accounts within channel
  • Provide regular analysis of sell-through performance of all facets to the relevant category teams and contribute to strategic planning based on that analysis
  • Manage in line / SMU product merchandising process for account
  • Support and/or be the product marketing point of contact both internally and externally for relevant categories
  • Conduct relevant reporting activities to measure the efficiency, adoption, and commercial success of the range season over season
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Finance, Merch Planning and SCM functions as appropriate
  • Understand the retail environment including distribution points, share of buy, competitor ranges and pricing strategies
  • Secure visibility of account range proposition to BUs and global teams through systems management and communication process
