  • VerkäuferInnen motivieren, betreuen und schulen
  • Ihre Filialleitung unterstützen und unsere etablierten Einzelhandelsprozesse umsetzen und nach Möglichkeiten suchen, diese weiter zu verbessern
  • Für die tadellose Ausführung zentraler betrieblicher Abläufe des Einzelhandels sorgen, wie Inventur, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung usw.
  • Performance-Messungen mitteilen und ihr Verständnis von KPIs demonstrieren, um ihre Filialergebnisse zu verbessern
  • Sicherstellen, dass ihre Filiale ein makelloses Erscheinungsbild im Einklang mit den visuellen Merchandising-Richtlinien der Marke aufweist
